Built for your own infrastructure

Quiet, private and easy to run.

Your AI provider

Bring your own Anthropic key or use Claude on AWS Bedrock in your own account. Or use a Codzee key that only works on your install.

Your data stays with you

Reviews, findings and history live in your database. Set how long data is kept, and export or erase one person's data.

One image, a few commands

A public Docker image for amd64 and arm64. A setup page takes your license, creates the GitHub App in one click and tests your AI provider.

Your AWS, by Terraform

Private Cloud runs on ECS Fargate with RDS Postgres and a TLS load balancer, with secrets in Secrets Manager and logs in CloudWatch.

Questions

Running Codzee yourself.

What does an install send to Codzee?
At most two things, neither with code, names or file paths: a daily license check-in (license id, version, seats used, reviews this month) when your license includes it, and a daily update check if an admin turns it on. A failed check-in never stops reviews.
What happens when the license expires?
Reviews keep running for 14 days with a notice in the dashboard, then pause. Your dashboards and history stay available. Going over your seat count shows a notice but never stops reviews.
How do upgrades work?
Change the version of the image and restart. Database migrations run on start, and the previous version still works with the database, so rolling back is putting the old version back.
Is everything in Cloud included?
Pull request reviews, review rules, reviewer routing, the dashboard, reports and Ask Codzee are. Billing, the live demo and marketing pages are Cloud only.
How long does setup take?
A few commands start Codzee with Docker. A setup page then asks for your license, creates the GitHub App in one click, and tests your AI provider.
Can Codzee staff access a Private Cloud install?
Only if you allow it: the Terraform module has an optional operator role that needs an external ID and lasts at most an hour per session. You can turn it off.
